Sales / (bio) chemie/ Water Treatment/ Voeding 

The core responsibility of the Sales Accelerator is to drive the sales growth in the region, respecting the X policies, quality processes and ISO accreditation. This by developing and implementing sales plans fulfilling prospect needs in the Belgium.

Recognized as a leader in New Account Production and/or sales increase for multiple years. Pushes for results.

Demonstrates of management perspective “I to We”. Willingly helps other District members

Supports District / Group Initiatives and Policies

Demonstrates proficiency in customer & prospect entertainment

Has ability to develop executive level relationships

Demonstrates proficiency in sales procedures and processes besides consistent use of preparation tools

Demonstrates management skills towards all prospective opportunities

Utilizes CRM and outlook as a tool for personal planning and demonstrates proficiency in ability to make cold calls

Build effective relationships with prospects at all levels of the plant organisation and the district reps for excellent alignment

Overcomes obstacles that could delay getting the work done

Demonstrates the ability to sell new business utilizing TCO & eROI concepts and a Value-Added approach to account start-ups

Advises marketing & management on products and strategies to expand market share, works well with all business units

Leads sales initiatives in multiple plant opportunities, working to provide support to Corporate Account sales efforts, where appropriate.

Profiel

Have Excellent communication skills

Building long term relationships

BA/BS in science or technical specialty

Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools and Programs

Have good knowledge of English, Dutch and French language
